Mega Braid II is 12-strand single braid nylon. Each strand is individually braided, making a firm but flexible line that resists picking and chafe.
Use for anchor and dock lines. Better stretch characteristics than double braid but proper splicing is expensive. Can be used with windlasses.
(Available in 1/2" and 5/8" only)
